Shipping and Delivery Policy

Godly Kingdom Culture does not sell products. This policy applies only when a gift, book or religious item is sent in connection with a donation or programme, for example printed World Bible School lessons.

1. Processing

• Items are processed within 2-5 business days after a donation or request is confirmed.
• Requests made on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery times

• Standard delivery within India: 5-10 business days.
• International delivery: 10-21 business days, depending on location and customs.

3. Charges

Any shipping charges will be clearly stated before you confirm. Printed Bible study lessons are sent free of charge.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will share it by email or SMS and let you know of any delays.

5. Delivery issues

If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact care@seedoftruth.org.in. If an item is lost in transit or returned because of an incorrect address, we will try to resend it once.

6. Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please send a photo within 7 days of receiving it and we will arrange a replacement.

7. Changes

Godly Kingdom Culture may update this policy as needed.
