Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General policy

All donations and offerings made to Godly Kingdom Culture are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in the circumstances below.

2. Refund eligibility

• Accidental donations: if you mistakenly donate an incorrect amount (for example, an extra zero), request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
• Duplicate transactions: if you unintentionally make the same donation more than once, you may request a refund of the extra transactions.
• Technical errors: if a donation resulted from a payment gateway error or an unauthorised transaction, you may request a refund.

3. How to request a refund

• Email care@seedoftruth.org.in with the subject “Donation Refund Request - [Your Name]”.
• Include the transaction details: date, amount, payment method and proof of payment.
• Explain the reason for the request.

We review requests within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

4. Exceptions

Offerings made during live events, services or charity fundraisers are not refundable. In special circumstances, Godly Kingdom Culture reserves the right to make the final decision on refund requests.
